Dransfield undertook a detailed review of the Park's groups different operating models to ascertain what was the best structure for the group moving forward. This review focused on the impact across a range of areas of the business.

Luxury Hotel in Noosa
Dransfield were engaged to undertake a market assessment and scheme review for a potential boutique luxury hotel in Noosa. 

- Detailed review of plans 
- Preparation of an independent operating forecast
- Detailed assessment of various ownership/participation structures, noting the land was under tender (Straight land sale/JV Land Lease)




Hamilton Island
Hamilton Island is a large-scale resort with 600+ rooms ranging from economy to luxury, across 5 accommodation types, with over 16 F&B outlets and an airport. Total asset value of over $500m.

Dransfield were engaged to undertake a strategic review of operations to provide growth strategy advice, which re-development and acquisition opportunities. 

Further the presentation of the strategy to the board we were engaged by the family to review several acquisition targets.

Indigenous Business Australia
Dransfield were initially retained by IBA to review the performance of its $70m tourism portfolio relative to the market and to identify key value drivers and detractors. This subsequently progressed into the development of a long term Tourism Portfolio Asset Management Strategy  and assistance with its implementation.
