W Hotel and Residences 
Dransfield were appointed by the developer, for several related roles culminating as the exclusive lead agent for this complex $700m project integrating a high-end hotel, serviced apartments, retail and a large format theatre. Dransfield's multifaceted role included significant preparation of the asset before taking to market, design review, feasibility analysis and engagement with the preferred operator.

Taronga Zoo Eco Retreat
Dransfield was selected as the successful tenderer to advise the NSW Taronga Zoo on the feasibility of a new on-site eco retreat. Our role included assistance with site selection, concept and market analysis, integration with the zoo, detailed design development, identifying alternative capital and operating structures and preparing an operations plan.

The William Inglis Hotel
Dransfield was engaged by the Inglis family company to undertake a formal operator selection process for the potential development of new hotel to support the sale yard facilities that they are developing. In addition to the operator selection we have also been engaged to assist with a market assessment, board presentation, design review and value management. 

Australia 108 - 5 Star Hotel
Dransfield was retained as the developer's representative in relation to the design, hotel scheme, exit strategy and operations for the hotel component of the mixed use Australia 108 development. We also assisted with feasibility and best use analysis, commercialising the design and  integrating residential components.

STA Integrated Marina 
Dransfield has recently advised on an number of marina and accommodation projects, mostly along the Eastern seaboard of Australia. These are mixed use sites that often include a number of components:

EcoPoint Group
Dransfield established, developed, managed and sold the five group in the period 2004-2006. Dransfield took a principal position as part owner in the development of eco resorts with a value exceeding $80m. Our role included acquisition, site identication and assessment, commercialising master plans and development/upgrade to existing cabin based resorts and operations.
