Dransfield developed shared ownership as an alternative product to traditional resort strata ownership models.

Shared ownership is an alternative way to own a holiday home which recognises that it is a second home that is not used all of the time. Typically six to eight owners buy a share house in the home, entitling each owner to 6-8 weeks occupancy per year. This saves 80% of the cost and moves the focus to lifestyle.
